Ben was pissed. No, more than that; he was outraged, livid, burning with distaste for the young woman he grudgingly adored. It’d been approximately a year or so since they’d met on that dreary night in her bedroom after she downloaded one of the videos and invited him over. Ever since that night he’d been infatuated with her—she seemed so lovely and pure on the outside, but she was really a ball of churning anguish on this inside, and Ben was totally into that.

Ben scowled at the young lady, being careful not to be seen as he glared from her computer monitor as she lay limply on the bed. I can’t believe this bitch! He thought, seething. I can’t believe she didn’t wanna fucking kill that runt. He was right there, and she even said he used to torment her in school! I thought she wanted revenge. His shoulders slumped, but suddenly, he thought of a petty way to get back at (Name).

As the entity slowly left the monitor so he could get a good view of (Name) freaking out, the room started to slowly fill with water under Ben’s command. He honestly hated water, but he had his own little slice of vengeance whenever he managed to drown someone and make them feel what he had felt all those years ago.

Crimson pupils watched eagerly as the room flooded faster, the water eventually creeping onto (Name)’s bed. He grinned widely. This’ll get her. However, the young woman didn’t move and stayed almost motionless. More curious than worried, Ben trudged through the water and crept onto (Name)’s bed, shaking her not so gently to wake her up. He got nothing.

The prank had already gotten old. “Hey, (Name), what the hell are you doing? Wake up, your room’s flooded,” he grumbled, willing the waters in the room to dissipate, somehow leaving everything dry. A sigh left his lips. “Seriously, I know I fucking yelled at you for being such a baby over killing that kid, but come on, Princess; a guy can only take so much!” Still nothing. Now he started to worry.

Suddenly, before Ben could really start to freak out, (Name)’s eyes fluttered open and she stared up at Ben. “Sorry,” she mumbled, looking down. The young man made a face, looking at her oddly as she tried to hide behind her bangs.

“What’re you doing?” He almost growled the question, almost making her flinch. Damn, maybe he needed to control his temper a bit…

“What the heck are you talking about?”

“You’re hiding something.” The walls started to move around them, though Ben was ignorant to it since he was the cause.

She hesitated. “What’s wrong with you?! I’m not hiding anything! Stop being so delusional!” The blonde almost recoiled at the harsh tone on her voice, but, instead, his anger just boiled over.

Abruptly, the room filled with knives, needles and broken glass, causing (Name) to jolt in surprise and shriek in agony as the sharp edges shredded her soft skin. At the sound of her scream, the room instantly started to refill with water, allowing the blood seeping from her wounds to meld with the cool liquid. Ice water nipped and bit at the tenderness of the new wounds. She squeezed her eyes closed as tears rushed down her cheeks, her voice growing quieter as her fight died off, wanting it to just stop.

It did.

(E/c) eyes shot open and were immediately met with a pair of strangely tender black and red orbs. She blinked, confused. The pain was gone, the water was gone, the sharp instruments were gone… “Why did you…” She asked, piecing the parts together and realizing it was Ben who’d done that.

“Sorry, really, I didn’t want to, but you’re one stubborn woman,” Ben murmured sincerely, his eyes examining the dark splotch that decorated (Name)’s cheek. She frowned; he’d found the bruise. Damn. “Who.”

“Nobody, I just—“ An unamused scowl darkened Ben’s features. (Name) fumbled for an answer. She didn’t really want to tell the truth, but Ben would probably do something horrendous to her if he found out she’d told a lie. Trusting her gut feeling, she told the truth. “… Mom ‘nd Dad went out a few nights ago for dinner, and they left my Uncle in charge of me here. He kind of drank a lot, a-and…” Her shoulders tensed significantly as she struggled with her emotions. “He, uh, he kind of hit me when I talked back at him.”

“That dirty bastard.” Ben growled, his voice twisting with a demonic edge.

“Wait, Ben, don’t do anything. He’s—“ Though (Name) should have known he’d have none of it. The young woman desperately cried out the entity’s name as he got off the bed and warped back into the monitor, a trail of black pixels in his wake. Apparently Ben was making the real world glitch from the anger he felt. With a heavy sigh, (Name) pulled her knees up to her chest and let her tears fall. She really hated that man she had to call Uncle, but he was her mother’s brother, family, so she didn’t want Ben to kill him… Then again, that man was a chronic asshole.

After a few hours, (Name) decided to turn the TV onto the news to see if Ben had committed to getting revenge, and sure enough, the news woman was talking about another gruesome murder. She sighed. “Sheesh, Mom’s going to be so upset over this…”

A faint crackling filled the room, causing (Name)’s attention to be drawn to the boy leaving her computer. Her big (e/c) eyes blinked curiously at the black sludge that oozed from Ben’s side and the sour expression the blonde was wearing. Suddenly, realization hit her in the face.

“You could have warned me he had a fucking knife collection.” Ben grumbled leaning against the wall and sliding down. (Name) immediately left the room. “Wow, and then you just up and leave me?!”

“Oh, calm down, will you?!” She hollered, grabbing some bandages, bandaids and rubbing alcohol from the bathroom before scampering back and sitting in front of the male. “I’m gonna help you, it’s the least I can do after…” Her words trailed off, leaving her silent as she pulled the tattered tunic off of him after unfastening his belt. Her cheeks lit up a bit at seeing his firm torso exposed, which caused him to smirk lightly.

“Like what you see, girlie?” Ben asked, his smirk turning into a cheeky grin as she glared at him lamely. A sharp cry escaped Ben as (Name) dumped some rubbing alcohol into the scathe wound and massaged it in. His red pupils watched keenly as she started to bind his stomach tightly with the bandages, dull jolts of pain running through his body. It’s not like he hated it; he was kind of a masochist after all.

“God, try not to be such a dumbass,” She mumbled sweetly, securing the bandages and then adding random bandaids to Ben’s body. “This’ll heal you, trust me.”

“Idiot,” He said with that usual cocky grin. “Guess I should thank you, huh.”

“No, I’m the one thanking you…”

“Yeah, I got damn stabbed for you; you better be grateful.”

“Oh shut up, you’re ruining the moment.” Which was a completely true statement that made Ben shut up and stop being such a sarcastic ass. “But really,” she murmured, leaning forward and placing a small kiss on his cheek, shuddering at the dark aura he emitted, “thank you.”

Ben’s eyes lit up with a mischievous glint. “You’re gonna have to try harder to thank me, Princess.” His tone was suggestive and gave (Name) a good idea about what he was speaking of.

“I’m game,” she replied, shrugging. “Gimme your best shot, Benny.” He smirked.
Hullo! Haha, I had this neat idea after I wrote that other BEN Drowned story, so I decided to write it out c: A lot of people really liked my first oneshot, Malevolence, which will be linked at the end of artist's comments, so yeah! He's kind of an interesting character, so he's pretty fun to write as, especially since he's kind of psycho. I'm really glad a lot of readers like the previous story, so this is kind of part 2 of it~! c: It's not going to be an official series, but when I feel like doing oneshots like this, they'll kind of follow the same Reader and stuff.

Uhm yeah I'm going to reply to comments on Saturday, so please don't think I'm ignoring you! I like to give personalized responses, and that takes a while, so yeah QvQ Thank you to all who comment! It makes me feel really good and pumped to write more~

Anyway, not much to say here, but thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy it!
